How benchmarking works
AI Visibility Scores are measured on a 0–18 scale based on the presence and quality of AFO files. Before-and-after scores are recorded in structured JSON and exposed in the proof dashboard.
Step 1 — Baseline Audit
Score your site before AFO. Identify every missing or incomplete AI-readable file.
Step 2 — AFO Install
Generate and install the 10-file AFO package tailored to your business.
Step 3 — Post-Install Score
Re-score. Publish the before/after comparison in a public proof dashboard.
Step 4 — Ongoing Monitoring
Track crawler access logs, prompt test results, and citation benchmarks over time. (Phase 4 roadmap.)
